Hearing God Through His Languages of Love… Interpreting Tongues, like all gifts of the Holy Spirit, is about getting to intimately know God who is the giver of gifts. When tongues are interpreted, you feel and hear the Father’s heart, His kindness, His love, and will for you. You hear and feel His gentleness, who He is and who you are. You are His son or daughter! He wants to communicate with you, but above all, to be in intimate relationship with you.

Interpreting tongues is also about God’s love for you and your love for Him. Interpreting tongues is also about release. His voice is released through you as interpreter and the other person as tongue speaker. Jesus said, “In that day you will know that I am in My father, and you in Me, and I in you” (John 14:20). You release His love to others when interpreting. You and the tongue speaker are and become His love letter to others.
