- Any incorrect or damaged item(s) may be returned or replaced within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly ship a replacement or reimburse you for your returned item(s).
- Any defective item (does not work, blank media, pages fall out, etc.) will be replaced. Please contact us for more information.
- Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, does not fit as expected, ordered more than needed, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in clean sellable condition, will be issued an exchange or a refund of merchandise cost only. If returned after 1 year or in damaged condition, no refund will be issued.
- CDs, DVDs, or other media may only be returned for refunds if unopened or defective. USBs, HD drives and download cards are non-refundable.
NOTE: Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee of 50%.

NOTE: If you have an invoice, please place a copy in the package upon return. If you do not have an invoice, please place a note in the package with the reason for return.
When returning items:
Please place defective or returning item(s) in a padded envelope, box, or other mailer making sure the items inside are properly protected and secure. Item(s) should not move around in package to prevent damaging the item during shipping.
Returns may be sent to our office at the address above via the US Postal Service, using Media Mail if qualified, or by UPS or FedEx. We recommend insuring your return.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return or exchange.
