Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods
We ship orders using the U.S. Postal Service, UPS, and/or FedEx. Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Carrier delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method, destination, and/or order weight and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

International Orders
If you ship internationally, add a section explaining which countries you ship to and whether the customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Shopify specifically recommends addressing these costs and restrictions in your shipping policy.
